I've seen so many people throw in the towel when it comes to their weight loss, feeling frustrated and disappointed with their results. Weight loss is a slow process that requires time and effort, and it's something I've invested a lot of time in to make it permanent for myself.

On this episode, I'm introducing you to my three-step Weight Loss Care Plan that goes hand in hand with my Current Weight Assessment I shared last week. Understanding the importance of gaining awareness is the first step when you want to change a habit, and this plan is going to help you take care of yourself, as your own nurse, and show up in a way you would for your patients.

This blueprint is a tool you can use if you find yourself reactively eating when you feel a negative emotion, and it's going to give you all the guidance and structure you need in figuring out the best way forward in your weight loss journey!
